Melado has 41 branches in 27 cities. An area manager keeps a group of them working to the same standard, and finds the reason when one of them slips.
What the job involves
- Visit every branch in your area on a set cycle
- Coach branch managers rather than doing their job for them
- Track sales, wastage and staffing across the cluster
- Support new branch openings from fit out to first day of trade
- Audit food safety and brand standards
What we are looking for
- You have run more than one site at a time
- You are willing to travel across your area most weeks
- You hold a valid driving licence
