You are responsible for one branch: what it sells, what it spends, who works there and what customers say about it.
Most of our branch managers started at the counter. If you have run a food outlet before, we want to talk to you.
What the job involves
- Hit the branch sales target and explain the months you do not
- Hire, train and schedule the branch team
- Control wastage, stock and cash
- Keep the branch to Melado standard on cleanliness and presentation
- Report daily sales and stock to the head office
What we are looking for
- You have managed a retail or food outlet and its P and L
- You are comfortable with spreadsheets and daily reporting
- You can recruit and keep a team together
