A supervisor is the person the branch runs on when the manager is not there. You set the pace for the shift and you hold the standard.
What the job involves
- Open or close the branch and run the shift rota
- Train new counter staff and keep the service consistent
- Watch stock levels and raise orders before anything runs out
- Handle customer complaints on the spot
- Keep the freezer temperature log honest and up to date
What we are looking for
- You have led a small team before, even informally
- You are firm about hygiene and food safety
- You can work a rota that includes weekends and public holidays
