Somebody has to see the whole board: which orders are out, which rider is closest, and which customer is about to be disappointed. That is this job.
What the job involves
- Assign and route orders across the rider team
- Watch delivery times and step in before an order goes late
- Call customers when something has gone wrong, before they call us
- Reconcile cash on delivery at the end of each shift
- Report delivery performance to the branch manager daily
What we are looking for
- You stay calm when several things go wrong at once
- You are comfortable on the phone with unhappy customers
- You can use a computer and a dispatch app
