Every tub of Melado is made centrally and sent out cold. This job is in that kitchen: weighing, mixing, filling and packing, to the same recipe every time.
What the job involves
- Weigh and prepare ingredients to the recipe sheet
- Run the filling and packing line
- Label and date every batch correctly
- Keep the production area clean to food safety standard
- Flag anything that does not look, smell or set right
What we are looking for
- You follow a written process exactly, without shortcuts
- You are comfortable working in a cold room
- You are careful about personal hygiene
