What the job involves
- Test incoming milk and ingredients before they are accepted
- Run in process and finished product checks
- Keep HACCP documentation current and auditable
- Hold or release batches, and stand behind the call
- Investigate customer quality complaints back to the batch
What we are looking for
- You have worked in a food or dairy QC lab
- You know HACCP and basic microbiology
- You are willing to stop a batch when the numbers say so
